Military Zone Designation

Catoosa County's census tract 301 was designated by the State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs as a Military Zone.  This designation means that any lawful business (includes restaurant and retail) that creates at least 2 NEW jobs is eligible for a job tax credit of $3,500 per new job to be used towards 100% of state income tax and with the remainder applied towards payroll tax liability.
